This week we want to recognize Nichole Oakley for showing what true consistency looks like.

Nichole has been battling an injury outside of the gym, but instead of making excuses, she kept showing up. She even came into class with her arm in a sling and modified every workout to do what she could. That’s the mindset that separates people.

At Do Work Factory we talk all the time about controlling what we can control and Nichole has done exactly that. She stayed positive, stayed committed, and kept putting in the work no matter the circumstances.
