Luxurious Comfort with April Janell

The next phase of my weight loss has begun, the planning and testing.
For those of you who have been following me, I started my journey years ago with lots of testing, a spinal tap, and the first round of medications to help start my weightloss.
My major weight challenge has nothing to do with too much food 🍱 or lack of excercise, it’s 2 conditions: polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis.
My body is a doctor’s playground 🛝 and my daughter got mad once we’ve reached this phase and yelled 🗣️, “Mom! That’s the problem, you let them test everything. You are NOT a science 🧪 experiment”! 🤣😂
I am though, because I’m determined to find holistic solutions that are combined with lifestyle changes and necessary medical interventions. I am not open to tucks, bypass , etc. because I’m not comfortable with those options
We’re now in the next phase and I’m planning my nutrition and preparing for the next round of medical treatments which I’ll be sharing.
What makes me giggle 🤭 the most at this round, my daughter will be a “science experiment 🧫 “ too because what works for me, will be a roadmap to help her at an earlier age.
I hope this helps others who’ve been afraid 😳 of some of the treatments that you’ll see my doctors use.
