Can you believe there are just two Baltimore Breathwork classes left?

This photoshoot with at our 8th anniversary class was so much fun. Back in December I really thought I was going to make it to ten years.

But the message the universe gave me was clear:
I trained 40 incredible women, and now it’s time for them to be the next wave of breathwork in Baltimore.

I never taught breathwork because I was interested in the science or health benefits.

I taught it because it allowed me to bring all of my spiritual beliefs into one practice that could truly be of service to others.

Over the years I’ve seen it support people on the path of sobriety, and help people move through depression and PTSD by accessing something deeper than the thinking mind.

I’m so grateful for the thousands of people who have come through that room over the past eight years. It has meant so much to me.
