In 1986, Merritt saw the opportunity to bring class A office buildings in Baltimore County and developed Timonium I & II. This expanded our presence along Greenspring Drive, which now features five buildings—including both office and light industrial space.
Today, these two office buildings offer a shared conference room, fitness center, The Core Community Lounge with an indoor golf simulator and putting green, full service deli, ample parking, and business grade WIFI.
