“The Weight Men Carry” is a powerful and honest conversation exploring the pressures, responsibilities, and expectations men face in their personal and professional lives.

This session will cover leadership, mental wellness, fatherhood, emotional resilience, and the importance of strong support systems.

We are also excited to welcome a licensed men’s therapist, who will provide professional insight and practical strategies to help men prioritize their mental and emotional well-being while leading with strength, purpose, and authenticity.
