The subject of yesterday’s loop setup: Fire! 🔥

“Fire” opens Act 2 of my one woman show, Visions. I wrote it in June 2023 while in treatment for an eating disorder, depicting the ED as an element.

“I played with fire, and in the end, I got burned…”

Eating disorders aren’t talked about enough. And the secrecy and taboo around them was how mine developed and took over my life for years. As I’m now 3 years out from recovery, I still see it as one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. If you or someone you know is struggling with an eating disorder, please don’t be afraid to seek help. Recovery is worth it. You’re not alone ❤️
