Anyone been to Chef's Kiss yet? They've been open for about six-months or so in the old Tortilla Jack's location near Washburn. If you can, zoom into what's sitting in front of Dustin and me...they are bread bowls filled with pasta and sauce and whatever goodness you want to put in them. All I have to say is do not judge until you try one....

A big thank you to Krista and Brady for being tremendous hosts during our recent Dealicious shoot at Ichabods Grille.

And while all of our Dealicious shoots are filled with amazing people and amazing food, one of the downsides is that I'm gluten free and do not get to sample a lot of the items we feature -- poor me, I know.

What's cool is that one of my co-workers, the WIBW salesperson who sold this feature went in ahead of time and told Krista and Brady of my unfortunate dietary circumstances -- so what did they do? They put a spread in front of me that 100% gluten free.

Fried fish, chicken strips, fried pickles, EVEN A CINNAMON ROLL. I was truly a kid in a candy store because I haven't had these items for almost four years now....

My point is that this place is amazing. The people are awesome, the food (whether you are gluten free or not) is fantastic, fresh and all homemade. The menu is big, and most items can be made GF.

PLUS, they serve breakfast on Sundays and have GF biscuits and gravy!

I had the pleasure of checking out Ling's Cafe's freshly remodeled restaurant in North Topeka, and it didn't disappoint. The gleam from the new hardware might hurt your eyes, so consider yourself warned!

Food was fresh and there were so many items to choose from, and Ling and her staff aim to please. I know this because Ling had to take a phone call from a customer as we were recording our Dealicious segment 🤣 (sorry, we edited that out).

There's a Mongolian grill and sushi bar all covered in the price of admission, which is $10.99 for lunch and less than $15 for dinner! That's not a typo.
