To all those who have served our country in uniform during a time of war, thank you for giving us the freedom to work worship, raise families, and live our lives in this great nation. I think about what you've given every single day.

Our final Staff Spotlight is for someone near and dear to me. She is technically not on our staff, but she works so well with our company that it feels like she is. This is Kristin Melitski , owner/operator of Freedom Data Solutions. She handles all of our bookkeeping and takes care of payroll and benefits for our employees, as she does along with CRM for many small business in this part of NJ.
She does all this while holding down a house full of boys, and sometimes while her husband, Jeff, who is a local police sergeant, is deployed with the Coast Guard Reserve in response to natural disasters around the country.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that she's my older sister, and an amazing one, to boot! Huge respect for this woman!
