Here’s a look at a recently completed replacement of Kaiser’s potable water overhead mains.

This system had been a persistent source of leaks and mill stoppages for years, making ex*****on just as important as design.

Bronco delivered:

- 1,000+ LF of 12” and 8” potable water mains replaced

- 100% field routed and field fabricated

- Installed 50’ above a fully operational production floor

- Executed inside a 24/7 running facility

Working at elevation in a live production environment required detailed planning, tight coordination, and constant communication with our client to minimize mill disruption.

As important as our planning was, the ability to remain flexible enough to take advantage of installation opportunities arising from unplanned and unexpected outages in mill production was equally critical.
