Listen, it’s so easy to get stuck in the conveniency and comfortableness of your now, that you forget about your big goals.

Sometimes God is just waiting on you to take that first step, so He can catapult you to where you desire to be.

Remember your Why!

Often times, we will start a thing but it slowly fades away from our routine. Whether it be eating better, working out, journaling; somehow it no longer is apart of our life.

Lately, I’ve found that “remembering my why” helps a lot. I have a sticky note with that quote posted in a few different places to remind me not to think about the process or how hard it may be, but to remember why I started in the first place.
