Not all positions run the same game. Your conditioning shouldn't treat them like they do.
Coach Tommy Moffitt has been using GPS technology since 2013 to track exactly how far and how fast athletes move in actual games. The data is clear: max sprint speed is rarely reached on most plays. That means your volume needs to match reality — not a one-size-fits-all template.
Linemen don't need the same sprint volume as a wide receiver. Conditioning them the same way is either under-preparing your skill players or burning out your big guys.
