uper Excited to be presenting at the Louisiana NAACP Conference. My session will speak on “Education for the Next Generation" Thankful for this opportunity and I get to cofacilitate with the amazing Rochelle Washington Scott, M.ED! 🔥

Earlier in my career, I walked into a school where teachers were exhausted, leaders were overwhelmed, and students had tuned out. It wasn’t that people didn’t care, it was that the vision had gotten buried under the weight of the work.

What I learned in that season was this: when leaders create space for reflection and renewal, everything shifts. Teachers rediscover their “why,” students start leaning in, and joy comes back into the building.

🍂 I’m reflecting on that lesson again.
