-to acquire 12 New contacts for private catering gigs
-To acquire 6 wedding contacts for catering or full event planning between this business and connections events planning and management
-to do 6 pop-up shops as a food vendor
-to smoke and sell over 1000 lbs of meat this year

Greetings and Happy New Year to all! For those who've supported us in 2025, thank you all! I know we've been off the grid for a while, I experienced a devastating loss when I came home to my house and center of business fully burned down this past September. There was a go fund me made and my work and church families helped in keeping us afloat. While I'm not whole (even with the little insurance contributed), I'm in a stable living environment once again. I'm revamping and rebuilding my catering business and will be back strong this year!

If you have catering needs, meal prep, or have a concessions stand that needs a vendor, feel free to hit me up! I'm ready to open up my calendar and accept new dates.
