Open Health Care Clinic is your one-stop, neighborhood health center located in Baton Rouge, LA. Serving mid- city, Ogden Park, downtown and the greater Baton Rouge area, we are a true community-wide caregiver. We envision a brighter future for the patients we serve, which includes providing more educational opportunities, comprehensive services and access to quality care. From pediatrics to dental to endocrinology, Open Health provides advanced medical services for every phase of a person’s life.

As an FQHC, Open Health Care Clinic accepts all patients – community members who are uninsured, financially disadvantaged, and those patients who have traditionally struggled to access healthcare – through the use of a sliding-fee scale.
