Made for a friend who mustered the courage and wore a smile to celebrate her mom’s 65th birthday the very next day after laying her dad to eternal rest. This cake is a testament for both remembrance and celebration.

She wanted me to replicate the dark chocolate cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. She wanted the name “Varsad” on the cake just the way her dad called her mom. 🤍

Cutest cake I’ve made so far! This was such a humbling experience to try out a sculpted cake for the first time. The client loved it! 🥰 Would love to hear your thoughts as well!💕

The chocolate sponge turned out super soft and the caramel Russian buttercream complemented each other so beautifully with a gooey caramel filling in the center. The best part of this cake is that it tasted quite subtle and sublime for a caramel cake and not too sweet at all! I think this could be one of my season favorites so far!😀🎉

So happy with how this cake turned out! 🌸🤍
