My friends Chris Ashton from @enlighten_dogs and Manny Guerra from @k9parenttraining did a defensive handling seminar in Nashville today. It was a blast and something I highly recommend for all dog professionals. This clip is from the section of their presentation discussing how to safely remove a dog that is latched on to a person. Doing it in this manner is by far the safest option for both the dog and the person. The two of them travel the country teaching dog professionals these crucial skills.
