One way to get yourself educated on Romani-gypsy organized crime and stay ahead of the game, is to see what other scams they do and how they're doing it in Europe. You will get an idea of the other variations of street scams they run that you may not be as familiar with and that they have yet to run here in America or at least aren't as common. Keep in mind, they adapt the scams according to regions. For example, using our holidays in their scripts, using our traffic medians, our intersections, or simply playing the private/public property line games.

Here's another example of one they run in Europe. Expect to see them trying this same s**t in some form here in America.
