Guys! It’s really spring! We made it!!
We’ve been busy beeing staging, playing, and catching every bit of sunshine we can.
Running on fresh air and warm light. So much goodness coming our way ✌🏽☀️🌱
Top floor tour, drenched in sunlight and touched with rainbows. Every corner of this home was designed to feel as good as it looks. More rooms to share soon!

It’s the end of spring break… and every parent knows, that means your kiddos are your sidekick for the week.
Round the clock, super sick the week before, this boy has been so patient and toughed it out with me during staging, destaging, meetings, and all the running around.
His only request…
Our seasonal tea party tradition, while he draws and I read stories at our favorite spot. It was a fully day for us, And boy was it wonderful!

Quite possibly my favorite treasure I’ve ever found… and I have found a few.
This old book on British Columbia - filled with art, heritage, and places that feel deeply familiar.
I grew up in Vancouver, BC, and there’s a quiet pride and connection I carry with that. My mom is part First Nations, my dad taught in Squamish, and that sense of place stays with me.
To come across something that holds that landscape so beautifully - in such an artful, tangible way…feels a little surreal. Feeling nostalgic.

Sudden Valley is a dreamscape.
Surrounded by old growth trees, frolicking woodland creatures and resting deer on the front lawn, it felt like we staged a Disney set.
With its scale and spaciousness, it all comes together to feel warm, unified, and soft.

This sweet cabin was filled with the kind of details that make you want to cozy up and stay awhile.
We leaned into the theme, created a lived-in feel, and layered in pieces with warmth, texture, and a sense of story in every corner.
Clearly it resonated… Pending in just one day with multiple offers, well over asking!!
So grateful to be part of this one alongside

Monday was a little too Monday’esque for me, so I’m sharing a little sunlight to shine on the rest of the week.
An excellent rule to abide by.
When you surround yourself with what you truly love and spend your time doing what you love, everything aligns. And that’s when your life reflects its best light.
Blink and you’ll miss it!
We staged a home that went pending in a number of hours.
Shortly after, the agent invited us to stage another listing just a block away. That one went pending in two days!
We filled both of these beautiful homes with pieces that have story and life - details buyers can connect to and feel welcome by.
