Be the Bear. 🐻 I AM PROTECTED! 💥

I bought my mom a bear mug long ago and I use it every time I go visit my dad. When mom and I went to a meditation class that our acupuncturist held, the bear symbolized a sense of peace, eat and drink in the moment. Mindful of the present. Bears hibernate and know how to rest. I drink tea out of her cup and remember I AM THE BEAR! Fun mantra to have.

Bears are also protectors and to know that you are protected and are a good protector. It’s sometimes scary to go through things alone and to remember we are protected. We can support our needs.

In NVC the needs for safety, protection physically & or emotionally, rest, sleep, presence, awareness, bravery, positive energy, & support.

Morning Mantra: “The Dragon 🐉 I will be, with joy in my heart ❤️ and Living Life Gratefully 🙏🏽”

The Dragon represents the Heart organ, the element is Fire 🔥, the Balance is gratitude & the emotion is Joy 🥹.

The dragon likes to stay even and balanced and floating in the middle where we find needs that are met. When we are imbalanced we might feel melancholy & tired.

When I feel grateful, I have the energy and I am ready to rock. When I am filled with gratitude my needs that are met are:

✨❄️ Inspired by my friend who teaches yoga 🩵

She said “watching the snow fall was a stillness, a moment to be in the present.” Where can we be timeless?

🩵🤍 What other needs are met when we can be in the stillness of timeless??? 🤍🩵

NEEDS: serenity, ease, centeredness, balance, safety, presence, healing, harmony, radical acceptance. ✨

Today is that day! 🙏🏽💞

🕯️Finding rest and not putting those self-judgements on ourself to do anything else. Just be. No expectations, just do nothing. We owe it to our bodies to find rest, ease, peace & relaxation. ✨🧘🏼‍♀️
