NEW TEACHING OPPORTUNITY

Burgundy Farm Country Day School is seeking an engaging and collaborative educator to join them as a Middle School Humanities Teacher. The Middle School humanities program integrates the study of English, language arts, social studies, geography, and history in an interdisciplinary manner, providing an engaging framework for students to read, write, research, and explore the forces that shape the human experience. Students are challenged to think critically, communicate clearly, engage thoughtfully to appreciate multiple perspectives, and make meaningful connections across disciplines as they develop into increasingly independent learners.

Teaching at Burgundy extends well beyond the classroom walls. Hands-on learning, interdisciplinary teaching, and meaningful time outdoors are integral to the student experience, with the school's two remarkable campuses—including the 500-acre Burgundy Center for Wildlife Studies at Cooper's Cove—serving as extensions of the classroom. The result is a joyful, inclusive community where curiosity is nurtured, kindness is expected, and both students and educators are encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive.
