Hey peeps 👋🏽 it’s time to get this yoga pad open for classes 🕉☯️ I have the coziest studio right behind the BIG SPRING HEALTH FOOD STORE ❤️❤️ I mean yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ + kombucha or annny health Yumssss?! Basically Hand in hand. Perf combo.

So this Saturday October 13th come see my cozy yoga pad, and join me for a soft opening. lets Get this joint full. Miss y’all and can’t wait to see some peeps ready for some yoga fun!!

Vinyasa flow (introducing poses, modifications shown in all classes, holds and slower paced)
3:00-4:00 PM

Power yoga (faster paced, yet still modifications shown. Good for any levels just be ready to go faster)
4:30-5:30 PM

BOTH classes have a wonderful cool down and I always have props to help deepen or adjust and correct your poses. BOTH classes only $5 a piece yet will offer FREE classes for kids whom wanna try: ages 8-12 💞

Also bathroom/changing area on site for those short on time 😘
