TEE’S TECH TIP: Change your HVAC Unit filter every time you get your power bill. The bill comes every 30 days and if you get into this habit, you will see a positive difference in your power bill. Changing your filter monthly will allow your system to breathe better and not work as hard, if it can’t breathe, it can’t perform like it is designed to do. Also, don’t waste your money on expensive pleated filters, a simple fiberglass filter will work just as good as long as you change it every month. Again, your power bill is your reminder.
