It’s important we stay humble and aware what’s not good for us in our life. ⁣

For example having bad friends around you isn’t beneficial for your life. You want good friends! Who keep you motivated and support you in what you do. Other wise having bad friends who have bad habits or bad morals will go onto you causing you to be influenced with those behaviours. ⁣

The key is to be aware and don’t be scared to stop or cut something in your life even when you hold an emotional attachment to it. ⁣
⁣
The way I measure if it’s good for me is by weighing up the positive and negatives I’ve experienced with something or with a friend. ⁣
⁣
