3 WAYS TO IMPLEMENT A CRM ON YOUR WEBSITE

CRM = Customer Relationship Management.
These incredible softwares help you manage relationships with your customers (duh 😂) by streamlining processes and creating a professional experience from start to finish.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
CRMs I’d personally recommend are Dubsado (what I use) and Honeybook, which is a great one for wedding professionals.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not only are CRMs extremely useful, but you can integrate them directly on your website in multiple ways:

1 - INQUIRY FORMS
If you have a CRM, you should be embedding intake forms on your contact/booking page. When someone submits this form, it automatically sends the info to your CRM, creates a new lead, and adds any other submitted info to their profile.

This takes out receiving the inquiry by email, then heading to your CRM to manually input the new info yourself. (And this is important for workflows too! But we'll get there...)

2 - SCHEDULE A CALL
If you always have a discovery call option available for new inquiries, save time by embedding that scheduler directly on your website! Allow people to pick a time to chat whenever works for them.

This takes out unnecessary steps of the process and reduces the number of clicks needed to book—which is always what we want!

3 - CLIENT PORTAL
Most CRMs have some sort of online portal where clients can see their contract, forms they’ve filled out, access new forms, and make payments. Add a button on your site that takes them directly to their portal login.

This ups your professionalism (“client portal” sounds like a pretty exclusive experience!) and gives your clients 24/7 access to all this info.
