• Romanticize one new habit: coffee + journaling, hot girl walk, meditation or prayer… make it a vibe.

• Be the one who follows through: pick one tiny thing and actually do it. This is the part where you choose to show up!

• Try it for 3 days: not forever. Think of it as a little experiment.

• Collect proof: Every small win = “see? I can do this.” Evidence that you can handle big, scary things!

Staying the same… YUCK. You are supposed to grow and transform as you learn more and want more from this life!
