Running a business means wearing many hats.
But some tasks drain your energy faster than others.
For many founders and professionals, the biggest time drains usually come down to two things:
📧 Administrative tasks
or
📅 Endless meetings
Admin work can pile up quickly — emails, scheduling, follow-ups, reports, and small operational tasks that quietly eat up hours of the day.
Meetings, on the other hand, can interrupt focus and slow down productivity, especially when they stretch longer than expected or could have been an email.
Both are necessary for running a business…
but they can also take away time from the work that actually moves the business forward.
