This is a PPO plan, which means you can visit any dentist you choose. You may self-pay and submit your own claims, or you can choose a provider within the Careington Network.

Note: Many dental offices may not recognize the name Manhattan Life, but they will recognize the Careington Network. When calling a provider, ask if they participate in the Careington Network, not whether they accept Manhattan Life Dental.

This plan pays claims based on Usual, Reasonable, and Customary (URC) charges.
