I submitted a book proposal to Hay House this week. But this isn't really about me. It's about you.

It's for the person who has always felt like they were more than one thing, more than one role, one identity, one chapter. The one who took the winding road and still isn't totally sure where it's going, but keeps showing up anyway.

It's for the person whose path looks like spaghetti from the outside and who secretly wonders if that means something is wrong with them. It doesn't. I promise.

Because here's what I've learned: those tangled, unexpected, "how did I end up HERE?" pathways aren't the problem. They're the ingredients. And when you stop trying to force them into a straight line and start trusting the whole messy beautiful process something shifts.

The spaghetti becomes a meal. Yummmmm! Spaghetti can be messy and delicious all at the same time :)

This book is about mindset, growth, and giving yourself full permission to be every complicated, multi-faceted, wonderfully weird part of who you are. Not just the parts that look good on paper. Yeah, all of them.
