🌱 “Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nurture with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.” — Earl Nightingale ✨
The seeds of your thoughts have the power to shape your reality. Every belief you hold and every thought you repeat to yourself is influencing the life you’re living. Are you planting seeds of doubt, fear, and limitation, or are you sowing abundance, confidence, and possibility?
Just like a garden, your mind needs consistent care and nourishment. It’s through repetition, emotion, and belief that we manifest the life we desire. It’s not about overnight miracles, but about the steady, intentional growth that leads to transformation. 🌷💫
If you’re ready to shift your mindset, let go of the old patterns, and start planting the seeds of success, joy, and fulfillment, now is the time. The life you dream of is possible—it all starts with the thoughts you feed your mind daily. 🌟

Healing can be scary!! Most people contact me after they have been following for a year or so.
Here are some reasons why someone might be scared to heal from emotional trauma:
Fear of facing the pain: Healing from emotional trauma often involves revisiting and processing painful memories and emotions, which can be overwhelming and frightening.
Fear of the unknown: Healing requires stepping into unfamiliar territory, which can be daunting for someone accustomed to their trauma as a coping mechanism.
Loss of identity: Some individuals may have incorporated their trauma into their identity, and the prospect of healing can bring uncertainty about who they will be without it.
Fear of vulnerability: Healing requires opening up and being vulnerable, which can feel unsafe for individuals who have experienced betrayal or abuse in the past.
Fear of judgment: There may be concerns about how others, including friends, family, or society, will perceive them if they acknowledge and address their trauma.
Fear of change: Healing often brings about significant changes in thought patterns, behaviors, and relationships, which can be intimidating for someone accustomed to their current ways of coping.
Doubt in one’s ability to heal: Past attempts to address the trauma may have been unsuccessful, leading to doubt about whether healing is even possible.
Fear of losing control: Healing can feel like losing control over one’s emotions or life circumstances, which can be unsettling for individuals who rely on a sense of control as a coping mechanism.
Avoidance of discomfort: The healing process can be uncomfortable and challenging, requiring effort, patience, and perseverance, which some individuals may avoid to maintain their comfort zone.
Attachment to the trauma narrative: Some individuals may feel a sense of validation or purpose in holding onto their trauma narrative, making it difficult to let go and move forward.
