Ever wonder what it’s really like to run your own business?
It’s not all flat lays and fancy outfits. Most days, I’m in leggings, juggling QuickBooks, client calls, and about twelve “quick questions” that derail my to-do list.
But there’s something about switching it up; a new space, a fresh cup of coffee, and good company that gets me back in my zone. ☕️
Today’s productivity session at Broadcast Coffee with was exactly what I needed.
New place, new vibes, and a reminder that sometimes you just need a change of scenery to feel inspired again.

I have been living at Pure Barre at the Eagle location (), Not only teaching but taking classes almost everyday. It’s been shaping, toning and lifting things I didn’t know could be lifted. (Hmmmm…my ass!)
Pure Barre is truly an amazing overall workout. But I also need some extra help when I’m at the barre.
So naturally, my essential oils follow me around.
I use Breathe on my chest to open my airways so my muscles get the most oxygen as they can.
I use peppermint under my tongue to wake me up and honestly to cover up my bad breath so early in the morning.
I use Bergamot to help uplift me to stay in these kick ass positions longer.
And my favorite, I use The new Deep Blue stick to soothe my sore ass, and the rest of my body, after an amazing workout.

18 years, 3 kids, 3 houses, 5 cars, 2 dogs and 2 decades is fashion later…we’re still going strong.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We’re jokesters and I couldn’t keep a straight face when we were taking photos. But I still find in incredibly amazing that I can’t keep a straight face with this man.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

18 year anniversary gifts is porcelain and his immediate response to hearing this was “like a toilet!”?!” Which I replied, you know, I would love a new toilet. One that has a bidet setting and seat warmer.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And…I also forgot we had an anniversary this weekend. We’re not at all mad about it and we spent some time golfing together!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
