Today, for our campaign, we celebrate Gordonia "Dina" Cundiff, founder of No Stones Thrown Counseling Services Inc.

Through her practice, Dina is breaking down barriers between mental health care and community connection—ensuring individuals feel seen, supported, and never judged. No Stones Thrown Counseling Services offers individual, family, and couples therapy, while also creating a safe, welcoming space for caregivers of children with neurological disorders. Their programs include evidence-based parent support groups, social skills development for children, and sensory play sessions—all designed to foster resilience and connection.

As a mother of two and a business owner, Dina's advice is: "Loving yourself as an example of how you would like for your children to love themselves. The grace we need is equally important as grace we give."
