This International Nurses Day, we’re grateful for organizations like , whose DAISY Award honors nurses through nominations from patients, families, and colleagues.

And for the little ones, Mommy Goes to Work at the Hospital helps open a window into what that care looks like… and why it matters.

This Bring Your Child to Work Day, we had the joy of celebrating with an incredible company—Wellington Management—right in the heart of downtown Boston. Little ones and their grown-ups gathered for a cozy story time, danced along to the Mommy Goes to Work song (yes—we made a song!), and shared so many bright, joyful moments together.  They took home a copy of the Mommy Goes to Work® book, along with custom stickers featuring the company’s logo to decorate the workspace in the pages —turning every story into their own.

These are the moments we love most—where work and family come together, and children get a glimpse into the world of the people they love. 💛

It’s ! There is something truly magical about seeing a child’s eyes light up when they finally understand where Mommy or Daddy goes every morning.
