Here is some produce that is in season for the month of January!
Buying seasonal produce is a great way to support local farmers in your area (farmers markets or looking for local producers at your grocery store)
Also, purchasing seasonal produce can save you money! When certain fruits & veggies are in season, there will be larger quantities of them which means grocery stores are more likely to have sales.
When produce is in season it also just tastes better!
