Cancer care is too often fragmented, expensive, and overwhelming for patients and families.
We’re excited to announce that Flare Capital Partners has led the $28M Series A for Atlas Oncology Partners, a value-based oncology enablement platform embedding interdisciplinary care teams directly into community oncology practices.
Atlas is tackling one of the most complex and costly areas in healthcare by:
1️⃣ Embedding providers, nurses, patient navigators, and social workers into oncology practices
2️⃣ Delivering coordinated, patient-centered support during and beyond active treatment
3️⃣ Combining navigation, psychosocial care, proactive coordination, and expanded in-person + virtual access
By taking full medical cost risk and investing in partner practice operations, Atlas aligns patients, oncologists, and payers around what matters most: better outcomes, better experience, and lower avoidable costs.
As shared:
“Atlas Oncology Partners is addressing one of the most complex and costly areas of healthcare with a model that is deeply aligned with patients, oncologists, and payers at the forefront of value-based care. We are excited to lead their Series A and support Atlas as it scales the next-generation value-based oncology model — one that empowers community oncology groups to deliver coordinated, holistic care at scale and drives impactful clinical outcomes for patients and families impacted by cancer.”
Proud to partner with the Atlas and Rubicon Founders teams as they rethink how cancer care is delivered — and build a more coordinated, holistic future for patients navigating one of life’s hardest diagnoses.

At Flare Capital Partners, we are thrilled to announce our lead investment in the latest financing round for Peer AI, a pioneering agentic AI platform transforming life sciences regulatory documentation. Today, Peer AI announced $12.1 million in total funding, led by Flare Capital Partners and . We are also excited to be joined by our friends at Greycroft.
Documentation is a mission-critical workflow in drug development. Each new drug candidate generates 100,000 to 200,000 pages of regulatory documentation, yet the process remains manual, slow, and error-prone. Nearly one-third of FDA submissions contain data issues, and over 70% of applications are initially rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate data — leading to costly delays and risks.
Peer AI delivers the easiest path to AI-driven regulatory documentation. The company provides an agentic SaaS platform for comprehensive, connected document authoring, enabling life sciences companies to accelerate cycle times in drug development.
