Hey friends! It's about time I added a Substack to all the other things I'm doing, right? I feel like this was a missing piece to add to my organizing and my coaching services and my Surfing the Quicksand Podcast - a place for me to reflect with more writing and more question asking about what midlife women are facing today. (And, a lot will be for the men, too).

It's a place for me to talk about things that just aren't hour-long-podcast worthy, and a place to interact more with a community of great folks who are in for a quick read more than an hour watch or listen.
