🌱 Let's get back to basics.
Especially for those just getting started in the [ann@bis world or for those looking to review their standard operating procedures SOP's from start to finish.
Let's start at the beginning with one of the common first processes, cutting clones. 🌱

1. Start with Proper Hygiene.
2. Proceed to get all of your tools including reviewing your SOP's if needed:
Be sure to have your logs or notebooks and that you are ready to write it down. The following is a set of example SOP's, which will vary by the many grow methods and by company.
3. Prepare plant trays, domes, 1 Insert for easy removal of the rooted clone, and 1 palnting Dome and the chosen planting medium.
5. Fill insert with rockwell cubes or other planting medium.
7. Mix β€œDip and Grow” solution or rooting agent.
8. Select Mother plant to be propagated and make a 45-degree cut removing the branch. Each clone should have at least 3 node sites & be approximately 5 to 6 inches.
9. Insert the clone into the solution/rooting agent and then into the cube.
11. Once all clones of that strain and phenotype have been taken, place the dome over the insert and document plant action details such as mother batch ID, cutting date and number of clones planted.
12. Label the dome
12. Place the clone unit on the clone rack under the light

I remember when I first started in [!s, I always wished all of these steps were well documented with images and videos to ensure proper training.
So, for all the newcomers: take it step by step, don't rush, and enjoy the learning journey. 🌱 Don't be afraid to ask your "director of cultivation", "lead grower" or "grow mentor" if they have their suggested S.O.P.s documented.

Food for thought: Sometimes, revisiting the basics can lead to the most profound insights. To get the full breakdown or detailed SOP's, be sure to click thehelpfulcontent.com link in bio.
