Sitting at the co-op in Topsfield w a coffee waiting for them to open bc I don’t feel like going to Home Depot. There is no part of me that is city at this point.

Sneak peek at a laundry room we renovated in Marblehead. This is part of a larger second floor addition. This was a breezeway between the house and garage that was previously carpeted and just a portly used space. Our shop make all millwork and cabinetry. Floor is heated beneath the tile. This has become a standard for us in mudrooms as a way to make sure the floor stays dry in the winter months.
