Frost Call

As we devote this day to remembrance of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country, we at Frost Call ask that you reflect on the phrase "in the line of duty." For some, this could be a loss of life during combat or a military training exercise. But for others, this could include a loss by su***de from wounds that were never fully visible to friends and loved ones. This Memorial Day, we reflect on the enormous sacrifices made by our service members, including over 30,000 post-9/11 service members and veterans who have died by su***de. They will never be forgotten.

Frost Call is so grateful to all of our community partners, and we want to extend our gratitude to for helping us to launch our South Shore Tabletop program. Mox is a Veteran owned and operated game shop that offers a third space to folks in New Bedford. Thank you to Tim and Eric for the start of an excellent collaborative relationship. And that’s a wrap on PAX East 2026! Thanks to for another wonderful year. There are so many highlights to share, but we have to start with this one from Saturday’s ‘unofficial’ official meet up. Thanks to all the veteran and service members who joined us. Playing board games and tabletop RPGs, yelling ‘neigh!’ to block someone’s move—IYKYK thanks — or maybe finding a new video game to wish list is part of what PAX is all about. But even more, being in community and making new friends in-person is what Frost Call is all about. We cannot wait until next year.
