Hacin

Jordan Lofts (located across the street from our studio) is an adaptive reuse project that originally housed horse stables and is now home to 12 residences and several office and retail spaces (like our friends !). Retaining the original shell with its ornate brickwork, the interior structure was carved out and rebuilt with steel and concrete to optimize structural needs for its mixed-use program. Inside, beams were salvaged and reused in the lobby and Hacin's interiors team had the opportunity to work on one of the building's private residences, beautifully lit by the building's signature arched windows.
