On Thursday 12/7 at 5:30PM I will be leading a Community Slow Flow and Sound Bath experience at 5:30p near the Rings Fountain.

I will be set up and faciliating from inside one of the new HATCHLING light installation at this location.

This experience is FREE and opened to the public.

Make sure to dress warmly (gloves, hats warm socks etc) and bring a blanket so that you can get nice and cozy during the sound bath portion of this offering.
