Mississippi communities hit by disasters often face compounded challenges, but local organizations are driving solutions. After the March 2023 tornadoes, the Black Resilience Network united groups across the state to address recovery.
In October 2023, leaders from 14 organizations gathered for Mississippi Collective Action & Care, hosted by the Mississippi Urban League, All Healers Mental Health Alliance, and Next Leadership Development. Together, we tackled disaster resilience through collaboration and care.
Your support helps sustain these vital initiatives.
