This is absolutely torturing me right now!!
My stories are flooded with pictures of some of my most favorite humans at annual No BS Agency retreat. And I’m not there. I’m here…experiencing the kind of FOMO that makes you wish you could clone yourself to be in two places at once.

Joining Pia’s community was one of the best decisions I ever made. I joined expecting to learn her fire methods for building agencies (which are absolutely game changing), 🔥 but what I didn’t expect was to find my people…. and SO many of them. 🤩

Last year at the retreat, I walked in feeling like a new kid on the block, but by the time I left, these fellow entrepreneurs has transformed into true friends who knew me deeply, understood my journey, and who had my back. And still have my back.

Many times, forging my own path as an entrepreneur has been lonely and at times a brutally heavy load. But not so much with a group like this behind me. I’ve been in a lot of group programs before but this one’s something really special.

So, I’m totally missing the hilarious inside jokes being formed, the deep and vulnerable shares, the transformative mindset shifts, the late night karaoke on the streets of Brooklyn. But I won’t be missing the ongoing support, the group chat that never sleeps, or the knowledge that these people are in my corner whether we’re in the same room or scattered across time zones.

Miss you No BSers! Make Brooklyn proud!

Jessamyn and I met at an agency boot camp in 2020, clicked immediately and soon after began partnering on branding and website projects together.

Her last name is Anderson (with an O), mine is Andersen (with an E), and being the serious folks we are, we started referring to ourselves as “The A Team.” We never did get that theme music playing at the start of our zoom calls though. Total missed opportunity. 🎶

Not only has she been a great collaborator in business, she’s been a true friend in my life.

She makes the process of designing websites fun and easy. She treats all of our clients with the utmost respect and takes each project’s success personally. I can’t imagine the last four years without her.
