Progressive Defense Systems

Before we started simply making our own videos during class, I actually hired someone to make some professional ones. After a day of filming, we were on the way out the door, when we decided to do one unrehearsed. I asked JJ and Howie to just do something and see what happens. Little did I know JJ was going to pull a knife on me! I pulled the kick back (because he's my buddy!) But it also showed and taught me what I would do in a real fight. Always place one attacker between you and the other attacker. Special thanks to JJ and Howie. I miss my 'boys'. No pun intended!
