🌲 Brooks Outlet Run Club — Summer Trail Runs! 🌲�📅 Saturday, June 20th, July 25th, August 15th�⏰ 8:30 AM�📍 St. Edward State Park, Kenmore��Join us for a once a month Saturday morning trail run with the Brooks Outlet Run Club! Whether you're new to trails or a seasoned trail runner, this event is for everyone.��We’ll offer two route options, each led by pace leaders:�🏃‍♀️ Beginner-Friendly Route – Perfect for those new to trail running, this route is just over a mile and great for doing laps on!�🏃 Moderate Route – Ideal for trail runners looking for some elevation change and flowy up and downs!��Don’t have trail shoes? We’ve got you covered!�We’ll be demoing the Brooks Caldera 8, so you can test them out right on the trails.��Come run, explore, and enjoy one of the PNW’s most beautiful parks with us.�All paces and experience levels are welcome. See you on the trail! 🌄👟��P.S. Plan to group up on the grass fields near the main parking lot. If you don't have a Discover parking pass, the parking day pass is $11.50.

🧠 Quick talk on best practices for warming up and recovering from your runs
