Omg, I’m so excited and have also spiraled more times than I can count🫠…Is it smart to go when my mental health is so unstable? What version of me will show up? My shoulder is still healing from surgery…what if it’s too painful? What if I can’t sleep, 💩 myself, have a panic attack, or something bad happens?

Yup, I let my mind freak out (ok, didn’t have a choice🙄) and thanks to such a wonderful, welcoming Breasties community and MBC sisters like .ezzo - I’m still coming!

Leaning into “come as you are” so I can soak in the Breasties medicine of a community who gets it. I’ve heard amaaaaaaazing things…So who else is joining? Can’t wait to hug you!
