Working up to a push up?

Start with the TRX push up.
🔸 standing closer to the rack = harder
🔸 standing further from rack = easier
🔸 choose your starting point and progress from there!

As always remember it’s not about only 1 exercise. HOW your program is structured and then periodized is MORE important.

The actual most undertrained movement for runners is rotation 🌪️

Rotation is key for
🔸Power
🔸Hip health
🔸Spine health
🔸Speed

Runners tend to only focus on “anti rotation” exercises where you resist rotation. (Planks etc.)

Alongside rotation through mobility work, actually rotating fluidly is a huge low hanging fruit!

Plus, it’s kinda fun 🤩
