Boiler was installed less than three years ago and has had regular maintenance done since install. This is the second time in 2 years that the hotwater went down due to a failed part on the domestic side. This DHW sensor failure made selling water filtration easy.
If you won't drink the water from your faucet, then you probably shouldn't be sending it through your heating system and waterheater🙅‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Another, proactive, customer getting a cleanout and annual preventative maintenance before the heating season.

Easiest thing you can do as a homeowner to prevent service calls this summer. Hose down your condenser coils and CHANGE YOUR FILTERS.
It's also not a bad idea to shut off your condenser while doing yard work and mowing your lawn near it. All the dirt, dust and lawn clippings can get sucked into it.
