As a Customer Service/Service Writer at Don's Small Engine, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to quality service and family-run values. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for expert service and repair of small engine power equipment, both electric and gas, for residential and commercial clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

2. **Service Coordination:** Schedule repair and maintenance services, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Communicate effectively with the technical team to relay customer needs and service details.

3. **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of services, client interactions, and transactions.

4. **Phone inquiries**

5. **Sales Support:** Assist in the showroom, guiding customers through our range of products and services, and helping them make informed choices.

6. **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and resolution.
