Join me in the Zoom room every Monday from 7:30-8:30 am ET for my RISE + FLOW yoga class! 🙂
This vinyasa yoga class will energize the body and the mind through sun salutations, flowing standing sequences, some balancing postures, and pranayama (breathwork) practices. Options will be given throughout class to meet the needs of your unique practice.
Props you will need: 2 blocks, blanket, optional bolster/firm pillow
If you don't have any yoga props at home, fear not! I'm happy to give some prop alternatives.
Some prior knowledge of yoga and the ability to get up and down from the floor is highly suggested.
Suggested donation of $10-$30.

In this workshop you will learn why pelvic health is important, some basic anatomy of the pelvis and the pelvic floor muscles, common issues within the pelvis, pranayama breathwork and massage practices for self-inquiry, as well as asanas (yoga poses) to help embody this sacred space depending on what you may need. Learn how to examine your own posture to aid in pelvic health.
Please consult a pelvic floor physical therapist in your area to inquire more about what your specific pelvis needs. This workshop is meant to aid in illuminating the unknown about the pelvis to empower you in everyday life and so that you can ask the right questions going into a healthcare setting if need be.
