For awhile we've struggled to reconcile our "locally sourced, freshly made" mission with the fact that we sell avocado fries made from a fruit (yes, it's a fruit) that's grown nowhere near NY. With the drought in California, perhaps it's finally time we pull the plug on this luxury item. What do you think?
